Who we advise
Placerix is a tool for Australian insurance brokers. We help you find and compare underwriting agencies. We advise the broker — never the broker's client — and we are not a client CRM.
Distil, then discard
When you assess a risk (for example by pasting a client's website), we read public information only to match markets. We do not store the URL, the page content, or the company name. We keep only the structured signals our matching and your own analytics need.
What we store, and how
Your account, the agencies you bookmark, your private notes and ratings, and the placement records you create are stored against your brokerage only. Tenant-private fields are encrypted at rest using per-tenant keys, and your data is logically isolated from other brokerages.
Where your data lives
Placerix is hosted in Australia. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not share it with underwriting agencies except where you choose to act on a recommendation.
Your choices
You can export or delete your brokerage's data, and close your account, at any time. Email hello@placerix.com.au and we will action it.
